ARMOR AIR – My Draft Card TM
U.S. PATENT NO. 6,874,332
INSTRUCTIONS, GUIDE LINES and SUGGESTIONS:
1) Recommend placing the cooling unit centered behind a trauma plate beneath the
vest so that the air blows into the vest (not out).
2) Position cooling unit as needed (front/back/top/side).
3) Sit up straight! Don’t slouch! Brush your teeth after every meal.
4) Check Battery Voltage: ABSOULTE MAX 7.2 VDC.
5) Place your name on your fan before you loan it to any friends.
WORDS from the inventor:
This is a tool. You may wish to move the fan around inside your vest, as needed. It helps
make working in my vest more tolerable. If you think that this vest cooler/ventilator will
solve your entire over heating problems YOU ARE WRONG.
I recommend the 7.2 VDC Ni-MH batteries; it adds extra airflow. DO NOT USE higher
voltage batteries! A user replaceable “speed control switch” is being developed.
(available later this year, FREE REFIT).
NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN E.O.D. ENVIRONMENTS/LIVE FIRE
SITUATIONS. However; these motors do not spark! There is virtually no
electromagnetic output! Please remember, airflow equals noise.
You can “TURN IT OFF” and/or “TAKE IT OUT” if you need to.
In a very short time, you will master its use. After this, you would not wish a summer
without it. Try it in your boots/shoes. After you have a summer of experience, please
contact me with your comments:
